Mr. Shah is one of those rare people in this field who honestly want the best for the customer, regardless of the earnings that he could make from a home purchase. He was very attentive to the things that I was looking for in a first home, and offered excellent advice and suggestions in areas where I was unclear or had misinformation. He was very down-to-earth, and made the experience of looking for a home a much more pleasant one than I could have imagined. As for his negation skills, I-described them as "smooth" because (thankfully) he wasn't aggressive in his approach, trying to drop down to the lowest penny possible. Rather, he was extremely realistic, helping me to understand what would make the seller drop the price, or what was "worth" raising the offer on my end.
